Not impressed with service. Went to Madison Honda bacause I saw online a Honda CRV. A fair price was listed, I counter- offered, done deal. Easiest car purchase I ever had. But the follow up service has been lacking. Car mats were not included so I asked if they could supply them. My wife and son got their Hondas at another Honda dealer who appears to follow up our questions quickly. Not so with my efforts. No call backs from the salesman Garrett or Used Car Manager Jeff.
