Bought a pre-owned 2013 Honda SI. Great experience with the purchase. Today 2/14/19. Went to the service department because the SI couldn’t be opened with the remote or the key. I figured the battery must be dead. But why wouldn’t the Manuel key work. My son attends FDU in the neighborhood drove to the Madison Honda Dealership to ask them what was the problem. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed $3,000 worth of repairs. I left and took the car to a local mechanic who told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and the things Madison Honda said were broken/leaking were 100% fine. I’m floored that I would be blatantly lied to and taken advantage of. BEWARE!
My friend just recently took her car in for service and came out with a damaged front bumper. They refused to take responsibility for it. We won't be back.
RecommendedNo appointment needed for oil change when maintenance needed shows. Took 3 tries and almost 3 weeks before I heard don’t come today we’re too busy. Not happy since this is where I’ve bought my last two vehicles - but I guess the sign of a good service department for everyone.
Madison Honda, I am so disappointed. I was in contact via e-mail with Nicole about a new 2018 HRV-EX AWD (with remote start). I feel I was strung along for several weeks and that not only was my time wasted, but I was disrespected. I asked multiple times throughout our e-mails (for documentation purposes) if the price quote she gave me was for an AWD vehicle because the only car I could find online for the MSRP she quoted was a FWD. Purchased a car 6 weeks ago engine light goes on. Was told by sales person with my extended warranty I could take it any place. Yeah ok was not true had to drive 29 miles out of my way. Mind you I have a Nissan Dealership up the block. Dropped car off a little under half a tank of gas got it back with my gas light on Not Happy!!!!! One thing I doNOT like is that normal checkups are NOT included with the service. All other dealerships allow free oil change and tuneups for the first couple. Honda charges you for everything and more than it should. They make you get the “Honda Club” and it doesn’t even give you anything.

Do not recommend this place made a appointment to see car after talking to someone and they advised it was in. Drove over a hour to look at vehicle and they advised car hadn't been there it was sold a while ago. Then wanted to see another car and they told me they were going to pull out sat there for another 40 minutes and they still didn't get car then they couldn't find it then told me it was at gas station. Bad service all round .
