I am a monthly member and LOVE the ladies at Madison Reed. They always take such time and attention to my hair, which I appreciate because I have long, thick, curly hair. The new manager, Hannah, is excellent. She is so friendly and made a huge effort to keep things on schedule despite being a little understaffed. She did my highlights and they came out great. Highly recommend!

As a monthly member at the salon on 72nd Street and Columbus Ave, I can't recommend it enough! Leslie is incredibly meticulous with her coloring and highlighting, ensuring everything is perfect. The blowout she gives is always amazing! The entire team is talented and attentive, making every visit a delight. I encourage all women to check them out--you won't be disappointed!

This was my first time at MR Columbus Avenue. Hannah, the Manager checked me in and was my colorist. She assessed my hair color and made recommendations to blend my different hair colors and went right to it. She was personable, experienced methodical and neat. When done, I was so impressed with my hair color. I was also impressed with her staff of Assistants who seem d patient with clients and paid close attention to detail. I've been to other salons but have decided to make this salon my favorite.

My color is wonderful! Alexis matched the color I already have perfectly. The color covered my stubborn grey hair. That is always a problem in other salons. I told her I wanted to preserve my highlights which she was able to do. I'm very happy with the color. I do agree with the other reviews that the customer interaction was poor. Loved Jessica. I would request her again. She was friendly, and made sure she kept my gloss on a bit longer, being I just came back from vacation and my hair was so badly abused... it's the little things that matter most.
