My color is wonderful! Alexis matched the color I already have perfectly. The color covered my stubborn grey hair. That is always a problem in other salons. I told her I wanted to preserve my highlights which she was able to do. I'm very happy with the color. I do agree with the other reviews that the customer interaction was poor. Loved Jessica. I would request her again. She was friendly, and made sure she kept my gloss on a bit longer, being I just came back from vacation and my hair was so badly abused... it's the little things that matter most.

I have been coloring my hair for decades and too often the hair colorist makes my hair too dark. (I've often ended up looking a bit like Elvira from the Adams family!). Long overdue for root coverage and my highlights had gotten brassy. Staff were all welcoming. Rosemarie was wonderful in offering suggestions for base color and recommended a toner glaze instead of the more expensive highlights package I had originally wanted. Am very happy with my color and the overall experience. They didn't try to upsell me products or packages, which I appreciated. I am left waiting for a shampoo for over 45 minutes when I was just supposed to have a gloss treatment for 30 mins. Too slow here. Also clumps of my hair fell out while I was drying my hair. The lady didn't tell me she was supposed to me drying my hair so I started drying and tons of hair fell out. Then the lady walked over and said she will be doing my blow out. Just left the salon looking like a clown. Colorist didn't use barrier cream and now the entire outline of my face is painted. I scrubbed for 5 minutes using the "cleaner" they gave me and it won't come off. When I asked her about it she just shrugged me off. Just bad.
