My stylist was a true expert in color at Madison Reed in Ashburn. I came in with different colors in my hair and left with one gorgeous color! The blowout was fantastic too!! Great experienc and highly recommend it!!

They are best. Have no problem with getting appts. Everyone is great. I am usually helped by Sogol. She is so sweet and is great about taking extra care with my hard to cover grays around my temple. Very happy they are in One Loudoun :o)

Fantastic customer service. The environment is very clean and inviting. They seem very knowledgeable about the products they have. Very glad I finally stopped in.

Not good. Left the highlighting solution on to long. My hair had white stripes. They toned it twice trying to tone it down. So much damage.

I was there 4/11/2026 around 10:30 am - we had requested a previous stylist in the notes. We were late for the appointment, and while we take responsibility for it, I noticed that it was not the stylist we had requested. They didn't even call to let us know she wouldn't get our stylist. We traveled for almost an hour and were met with a bad attitude. The manager was not friendly and did nothing--zero-- to alleviate the situation, and the stylist had an attitude as well. The colorist did a decent job with the hair color, but the checkout lady was bizarrely rude to me. First, this lady just sat at the color bar eating snacks and looking at her phone my entire 1-hour appointment because apparently her only job is checking people out after their appointment. She never greeted me or welcomed me to the salon, explained how the process worked, or gave me a tour (Madison Reed is confusing for a first time client!). I got a balayage at Ashburn, and was really unhappy with it. I've had balayage's done at a different place and was recommended this location but left so disappointed. (1) I asked for a deep brown tone, and I came out with bright red. (2) After I got my hair washed, I asked for my stylist- however, she had left for the day, which was really unprofessional.
