What an amazing experience @ Madison Reed in Ashburn Va! I met with Ms. Sogol. She is very talented, kind, and efficient. I went in to get a gloss treatment and blow dry with the works. My hair looks and feels AMAZING! I bought some of their hair products which were a must have for me. I will 110% come back to meet with Sogol. I highly recommend her. My stylist was a true expert in color at Madison Reed in Ashburn. I came in with different colors in my hair and left with one gorgeous color! The blowout was fantastic too!! Great experienc and highly recommend it!!

They are best. Have no problem with getting appts. Everyone is great. I am usually helped by Sogol. She is so sweet and is great about taking extra care with my hard to cover grays around my temple. Very happy they are in One Loudoun :o)

The good: the girl that colored my hair appeared to know what she was doing. The bad: I was "forgotten" with color in my hair. Finally, after an extra 10 minutes she takes me to wash out the product. No neck support on the bowl. Third person comes by after 20 minutes & puts something else on my hair. She says she'll be right back. About 7 minutes later the third gal returns to rinse out my hair. I really disappointed. I paid for all over hair color because I didn't like how dark my hair is. I even paid extra for bonding pro because it was supposed to take some of the dark color out and lighten it up. When it was done I have two tone hair. It is light on the top and dark on the bottom. When my colorist was done she said you just to spend more money for highlights. This was such a money grab.

I showed the lady what I wanted from a previous service I had in a different salon. I told he they applied a #7 without decoloration. She explained to me that their products were not as strong as regular dyes so I wouldn't get the same tone but she could give me 2 shades lighter. I agree with the service but I ended up having the same color as my base and my gray hairs were not fully covered to what one of the ladies suggested just to pull them off. Not good. Left the highlighting solution on to long. My hair had white stripes. They toned it twice trying to tone it down. So much damage.
