I wish I could leave ZERO stars! This place is a absolute joke. They have no business being in one loudoun and the "master colorists" seem to be more like kindergartners that need a nap. My hair was ruined today and is completely orange. While the MANAGER was blow drying my hair I noticed the color and immediately said "is that orange?!" to which she repiled "I don't know what color you asked for" ummm certainly not ORANGE. First of all, my stylus was rude in the beginning, and then realized that my hair looked fucked up and was nice at the end. They messed up my friends hair who also got done at the same time. We both have very dark brown hair, which we wanted to lighten one shade lighter in the ended up. Lightning it to an orange color it's not even like an actual balayage. Before you step into this Color Bar and trust them to do your hair correctly... be wary and read my full review. I recently had surgery and was unable to do my own hair color, so I went into the Color Bar at One Loudoun to have my color simply touched up. When I arrived, another customer was upset and all 3 stylists were clearly frazzled.
