First of all, my stylus was rude in the beginning, and then realized that my hair looked fucked up and was nice at the end. They messed up my friends hair who also got done at the same time. Before you step into this Color Bar and trust them to do your hair correctly... be wary and read my full review. I recently had surgery and was unable to do my own hair color, so I went into the Color Bar at One Loudoun to have my color simply touched up. When I arrived, another customer was upset and all 3 stylists were clearly frazzled.
