Allie is the absolute best!!! She is always kind and sweet. She helped me choose a hair color that was lighter and based on her own hair color (like I requested) and took the time to explain everything to me.

I can recommend Ally and actually all the team at Madison Reed to pick the perfect color or highlights. She has been my colorist for what seems like years. The staff will pamper and allow you to blow dry your own style to save some bucks for those on a budget. Loving the happy vibes and specials on the easy to use app.

Amy was so helpful and made sure she understood what I wanted. She and another consultant agreed that my hair needed some repair before getting the services I had booked. She used a different technique and I wound up with color that I love, softer feeling hair and it was less expensive than what I had booked. Amy made sure I was very comfortable and I never felt rushed. I have found my new home for hair color!

Madison Reed has improved so much since my last visit in 2023! From the moment I walked in, Carole greeted me warmly, asked how my day was, and even got me some tea. Melissa and Allie are the best. I will not go anywhere else. They are kind and knowledgable about the color line and other items such as the binding cream. I have been going lot Hillsboro location for as long as they have been there.

Melissa and Ally are fabulous! i came into the salon today having messed up my appointment (so embarrassing!) and they managed to not only sort it out, but give me a wonderful balayage and all over color! Highly recommended!
