It was my very first time getting my hair done at any salon!! I was a box dye kind of girl for years!! I quit touching my hair for 5 years!! I came in and got a highlight done by the sweetest gal ALY she's so gentle and she did such a beautiful job! 10 out of 10 I recommend

I came in on 11/13 to buy some hair dye, and the lady was so rude that I ended up walking out and not buying anything. I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years and have always been treated kindly and with respect but today the girl literally rolled her eyes when I asked her if she could look up my account to make sure, I bought the correct color. If it's such an inconvenience to do your job, then I will take my money somewhere else.

I'm a little disappointed. I had an appointment at 2:30. I got there....hurried there...and arrived at exactly 2:30. I waited 20 minutes. It seemed like there was not enough staff. And then it took them awhile to find me on the computer after waiting 20 minutes to decide what my color was. So arrived at 2:30 and did not leave until 4:15. Was not happy nor pleased my last two visits here. Last visit my colorist suggested a color change that she thought would work good for my hair, well it did not come out anything close to what I like or usually wear as my preferred color. This visit I let her know I was not happy about how the last color session went and I was hoping for a fix of the color and not do the same thing. Went for root touch up. You have to give tips to 2 people. One who colors and one who washes your hair. They dont even towel dry your hair. After a wash, your hair is soaking wet and they point u to a dryer and you have to do it all by your self
