Great salon and great location. Today was my first time attending this salon and I'm impressed, I'm extremely happy with how my hair salon came out and the girls are really nice. It has it's station where you're able to blow dry your hair on your own and get rid of any hair dye stain on your body. Also great price making this place my to go place!

This is my go to color! Torino Brown - 5NA Dosolo Brown - 5.5NNA During the pandemic I was traveling for work for 26 grueling months. It was impossible to find a consistent hair dresser or even one that was open. I started using Madison Reed and haven't looked back. I have the subscription which I recommend. It's a beautiful Place I love my hair color I had better results here then one in Gilbert just a different person is all . It's nice place they do well job on my hair . Been a member for 2 years now can't beat price . Thank you for all you do on my hair

For the last 5 visits I had to sit and wait over 15 minutes to be seen for my appointment. I didn't complain. I show up 10 minutes late. Mind you they called at 3:09 to tell me I was 10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. I was parking when the call came and had not answered. When I get to the door at 4:14 I'm told they cancelled my appointments. Waited 10 minutes while they found my account so I could be seen. Not happy.

Disappointing and that a generous response. And I was charged over $300! The previous year I had services at the Scottsdale, AZ Madison Reed color bar. I had all over color & accents at that visit. My cost was in the $100. range. I have been a limited plus member with Madison Reed for the last 5 years. I have colored my own hair which I started to do during the COVID pandemic. Horrible place and hair color is cheap. The color stylist first wanted to dye my hair black when I'm brown. WHAT!!!! You also don't leave hair color in over 45 minutes. They Burnt my hair and fell out in handful before I left the place. The lady next to me who had her hair done with me said she will not come back as well. My hair is so dry now when it was so soft before going to this place. Do not waste your money.
