Not very confident in what they do. Ladies were nice but I expected more from a place that specializes in color...

Everything. This place is horrendous! They will botch your hair and then shirk responsibility. How are they even still in business? And I've heard so many bad stories from other people as well. And lots of stories of bad hair damage from others. Stay away from this schlock outfit!

Love the highlights and base color. The colorist did exactly what I had asked. However, don't pay extra for the blow out. It was terrible, I had a wedding after and figure a blow out would be nice so I won't have to do it after getting my hair colored. I asked for a few curls/beachy waves and I have shoulder length hair. It was hardly volumize let alone curled. Waste of money on the blow out. Definitely will use again for color but do my own blow dry next time

Absolutely horrible experience. I went in and told the hair colorist that I didn't want to go any darker. She showed me a couple of hair color samples and I expressed again I didn't want to go darker. Someone else came to shampoo me after a few minutes I was left with product in my hair, and when I got home and realized my hair was still sticky, and had dye in it so I had to rinse the dye out of my hair, and now my ends are fried and my hair is darker than I ever wear it.

Color was very good!! Service was not good.I am a new client,they gave me to a girl with 6 months experience.Thank goodness a fine colorist advised her on the color mixture.My colorist had little personality and was aloof. You charge a lot for very little service.I have NEVER had to comb out my own hair.I will never return.

Went in they dyed my hair I asked for a red and I'm brunette... you couldn't even tell they even tried to dye it. I tried to get ahold of them but nothing. Had my friend end up doing it and it actually turned out better then these people and it was permanent due. Cheaper to buy dye from Sally's which looks better and cheaper. Don't waste ur money here.

This is what I wanted vs what I got I wanted highlights on my brown hair and I got a blonde mess instead. The stylist told me that "it's supposed to look light right now but it will wash out" after I told her it looks way too bright and ashy. She also completely missed my roots. My hair turned out nothing like the reference picture I showed her. I'm sad I paid so much for this result

HUGE MISTAKE walking into this place. As a first time customer I booked a root touch up and balyage and quite literally, my hair has never looked worse. My formerly light brown hair is now a brassy, orange mess with bizarrely contrasting dark, reddish roots. The assistant who does the washing and toner called the colorist over no fewer than 3 times to "consult" because the problems were so obvious. All things NO! Seemed like a great idea. It was cheap. The product seems like higher quality.... But it killed my hair and the color composition took over 10 months for my hairdresser to stop fighting with it. This is glorified box color and not salon quality as they say.
