Not a good place for blondes, I came in with a warm honey blonde and explained that is what I want to keep, just match my roots to the body. I left with a cool greyish tone. I was upset for a while until I went somewhere else and had it fixed. They did offer for me to come back, but I declined.

The manager was the only person smiling at this salon. I wasn't welcomed in or offered a beverage. I was given a smock and asked to pick a chair. I introduced myself and told her it was the first time I had been there. We argued about color and she chose one that was too dark. Then she said she wanted to pull it through and I said no and she said well she was going to. It needed to blend. wish I could give 0 stars I was there for 6 hours because they messed up my initial balayage and had to redo it and it still looked awful. they don't do hair cuts so I had to go to another salon where they had to cut off 3 inches of hair and told me I couldn't put any more chemicals on my hair because my hair is too weak to hold it now. Keep in mind I was still charged.

For the last 5 visits I had to sit and wait over 15 minutes to be seen for my appointment. I didn't complain. I show up 10 minutes late. Mind you they called at 3:09 to tell me I was 10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. I was parking when the call came and had not answered. When I get to the door at 4:14 I'm told they cancelled my appointments. Waited 10 minutes while they found my account so I could be seen. Not happy.

Disappointing and that a generous response. And I was charged over $300! The previous year I had services at the Scottsdale, AZ Madison Reed color bar. I had all over color & accents at that visit. My cost was in the $100. range. I have been a limited plus member with Madison Reed for the last 5 years. I have colored my own hair which I started to do during the COVID pandemic. Horrible place and hair color is cheap. The color stylist first wanted to dye my hair black when I'm brown. WHAT!!!! You also don't leave hair color in over 45 minutes. They Burnt my hair and fell out in handful before I left the place. The lady next to me who had her hair done with me said she will not come back as well. My hair is so dry now when it was so soft before going to this place. Do not waste your money.

Everything. This place is horrendous! They will botch your hair and then shirk responsibility. How are they even still in business? And I've heard so many bad stories from other people as well. And lots of stories of bad hair damage from others. Stay away from this schlock outfit!
