A good experience with a few minor things to improve. I appreciated the welcoming attitude and felt comfortable throughout. Some information could have been clearer, but overall I was happy with my choice.

Today was my first time that I had my hair color done here. They did an excellent job very professional services. My color was perfect and my blow dry came out amazing. The only issue even though I received a discount because that was my first time at this Salon still thought it was alittle pricy. Also didn't realize one tech does coloring and another tech does brow dry. That means you have to tip two techs for the service which it should really be one person doing your entire service. My colorist was amazing! She was accommodating and helpful! Fixed my hair color and was very supportive of my needs and results were exactly what i wanted!

The hair color of roots is very good. The service for highlights is not consistent. Some of the staff do great work and others are clearly not experienced. So, the process and the results can be very different depending on the stylist. In making an appointment it is not clear how to get a particular stylist that you know can provide a good result. I had a new stylist yesterday and I was disappointed with my experience and the result. Ideally, all the stylists should have the same training so that things are more consistent... read more

I love this concept. The color is gentle, lasts well, and looks great. The location is super convenient, and while no hair color is fast, I'm generally in and out within 90 minutes. I use the plan where I can get my roots colored as often as I like, and I definitely get my money's worth. Love the self-drying option as well as the glosser option and having the choice of a professional blowout. I can't see going back to a regular salon for my haircolor.
