Review for blow dry.. I've gone to this location several times and color and gloss always perfect. I like to get my hair blow dried too but it's $45 extra. For some reason the colorist doesn't color AND blow dry. Last two times the blow-dry was fine. Not fantastic but I was satisfied. Not this time though. The hair color bar is an interesting and new experience to me. Long story short, it's a place where professionals help you to put the healthier version of box dye to your hair. Different from a typical hair salon, the only service they have here is to touch on your hair and add some color to it! No cutting/styling/etc but it does include washing and drying (extra cost). Not a big fan of this place. Gave it a few chances and there was always a mishap. I look back at pictures of my hair the first time I got it done there and I cringe.

Awful. Yesterday I went to have my roots done and my dark brown hair was turned light orange. Apparently they got the mix wrong. Today I returned to have it fixed. After three additional dye jobs over the course of five plus hours my hair still looks reddish brown and horrible. I'm really disappointed since I have been going here for quite a while and have never had issues until now.

did not like the outcome of my hair went it for a gloss and wash and blow out and she could not do black peoples hair my hair was still wet at the roots when i left and i looked like i just rolled out of bad would never go back

Not the hair color I wanted, the hairdresser said she could do the color I wanted but it ended up just looking very warm and reddish rather than the neutral to cool tones that I asked for and had a whole IG folder of examples that I showed before we started. And, she knew it wasn't the same as the photos I showed when she rinsed my head and said "interesting" after I dried my hair. No selection whatsoever. Not to mention, they followed me around the store, like I was going to steal. It's hair dye. Not gold, take it down a notch. Then when I finally got fed up searching, I tried to ask for what I was looking for - she ignored me. I was the only person in the store. When she finally deemed me worthy of speaking, and informed me - I can order what I want online, I just left. What's the point of having a store front, if you have nothing. No one is ever in there.
