No selection whatsoever. Not to mention, they followed me around the store, like I was going to steal. It's hair dye. Not gold, take it down a notch. Then when I finally got fed up searching, I tried to ask for what I was looking for - she ignored me. I was the only person in the store. I've tried to reach the manager and left messages and not heard back. I wanted to have a positive color experience here since I've stopped by before and had good customer service when I received a touchup compact . Unfortunately, they were having an off day when I had my color done in the salon. The colorist left huge blobs of color in my ears and around my neck, and I didn't realize that they were not cleaned off by the assistant until I got home. The worst experience ever. I took my wife as a birthday present and was presented by sad, inexperienced staff. What a waste of time and money.
