Awful service especially for the price. No follow up after complaint the place was filthy after they left and they left food on counterbans and not empty the trash. I was specific on what I wanted done for .my mom's apartment. Would never use this company again. I even asked to notify owner twice as I would never want such bad work done. Edit: Quality deteriorated after the initial cleaning (which was almost $500). They cleaned the shower very well the first time, but we had to ask them to return to clean the shower each time after that. Then were told after 3 times that they won’t clean “black mold” (it was regular mildew build up after 2 weeks, not black mold. And it was cleaned well the first time, they just didn’t want to scrub tile). The kitchen floor was still dirty after one of the cleanings. My experience was literally top-notch. I was in a slight crisis situation with the move out clean (the service that was booked did not show up!!) So I desperately called. The customer service on the phone was incredible, and they were able to accommodate me on such a short notice. The ladies arrived right on time, and were so professional. What a great company and cleaning team! I highly recommend Maid Brigade. I have used them 3 times for deep cleaning and I am EXTREMELY happy!!
I have used Maid Brigade for weekly cleaning (also for some move-outs and move-ins) for years. Never had a problem. Notice that the employees (who without exception are friendly and helpful) tend to stay with the company for a long time. Makes me think the company treats its people right. :)
