They seemed to go the extra mile to make sure it was a job well done.
Mr. Moser was a pleasure to work with. The three maids came late, wanted to end early,and leave considerable water on the floor, but when I spoke to the office, the matter was cleared up. The carpet service that Mr. Moset sub-contracted with was also good.

A huge disappointment I scheduled a first cleaning with Maid Brigade a month after moving into a new home. In addition to charging a higher price than I was quoted by phone, the team who came to clean damaged my kitchen's butcher block counter tops by dragging a metal breadbox across them, disturbed media components that had to be re-set, and failed to move several items of furniture back to their original place....
Very great! Julie and Rachel at the Gulfton location are great. They have the best customer service. My team is number 6 and they do a phenomenon job! I've referred my friends!
