All the Maid Brigade employees I have spoken to have been very friendly, and the maids did a great job cleaning my apartment!
I had several issues with the cleaning after a final walk-through. I contacted the Maid Brigade and they credited my account to make up for the time I had to spend finishing the job.

My Maid Brigade service was satisfactory. I was a bit disappointed in their timeliness. I was told they would arrive between 1-3pm and they arrived at 3pm. In advance, I had requested they arrive before noon. I was also told that the maids could speak english. There were two maids and only one of them could speak BROKEN english. They are competitively priced, just something new and expensive for me. It was a difficult job, and they worked hard and the results are great.
