5+ years with them, and a car loan. If you had a credit union or bank that didn't care at all about user experience it would be MSCU. It's like they go out of their way with team strategy sessions to discuss how to make everything they do more complicated than it needs to be but also worse in every way. lackluster information security. religious discrimination is allowed by management towards Christians. Megan Chaney was rewarded supervisor position even after reports of her stalking and discriminating employee. which was also supported by Tameka Thurman and Zachary Thompson. recommend closing and banking elsewhere. very unprofessional work environment, allowing cursing and unqualified call representatives to handle accounts. anyone can just access your account by just knowing you last four of ssn, date of birth, and addres... read more

Would not recommend for a home loan. Closed late twice. Poor communication through the whole process and unwilling to work with anyone else’s needs but their own. Complete lack of caring for the buyer.

The branch I go to is very archaic. To deposit cash at the ATM, you have to put your cash in an envelope. My translation is it's not available until the next business day. And poorly understaffed. And no limit on overdraft charges. It's hard enough already!

I've had nothing but problems ever since I created a checking account. I know so many people with this bank and have had no issues. Really frustrating having to go up there multiple times just to fix my account that the trainee made.

I have been with Mainstreet for MANY years. They have helped me in good times, bad times, emergency times and times when I just needed sound financial advice! This is the place that KNOWS and serves PEOPLE!

Just sayin', after 8 weeks of waiting, no replacement card. It's been a circus. Told multiple times the card was on the way. No card oh it's coming by FedEx next time oh it'll come in the regular mail I'm just so disappointed. I was told though that they have recommended a remedy for this type of situation, make the cards on site as opposed to using the company they are using now. It's expensive and it won't be coming soon but it is a thought in the works. Where is my card.

I had been a customer for over 15 years this bank was the largest wast of time I ran my company threw here and my personal. I finally had enough of the poor customer service rude staff and no one ever working taking 6 months to contact me about my ppp to find out founds where gone submitted it night of this is a joke of a bank move to Envista-Crediit Unionn if you want a great bank. They know how to treat there customer great staff ask for Kelsey rot she is the number one girl at getting stuff done. Could not be happier.
