they could definitely work on their customer service in their office. extremely unfriendly.

This USED to be a great credit union, it used to be about making things right by their members but now it’s all about dollars. Their fraud department confirmed fraud and stated I’ll get a new card, which I was happy with. But their fraud department does NOT communicate with their card services department, let alone Mainstreet Federal Credit Union. they don't report to all 3 credit bureaus, it has left my family in a bad spot after years of fully paid off and no late payment loans just to find out we have no equifax and now can't even get approved for a basic beginner credit card to start fixing this problem. definitely should be something disclosed to employees so they can tell the loan holders.

Would NEVER recommend this bank. POOR customer service & truly doesn't care for the needs of their members or the services they provide. Sherr specifically (Could be spelled incorrectly) is rude & could overhear her speaking about me to her coworkers. Hopefully they monitor the calls because I felt really disrespected & when I spoke up about it the lady stated, "Its nothing anyone here can do for you". If I could give this bank no stars I would 1 is too generous. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! - Lenexa branch

received threatening letter in the mail today. i have had a loan with them for 2 months no late payments. avoid at all costs

I was a member for 25 years but when I had my business checkbook stolen, I had to close both my savings and checking accounts. Not realizing one did not get closed, over $300 in overdraft fees were assessed. I asked if they could please work with me to remove them, since I was a new biz owner trying to survive a pandemic, and the fees were electronically assessed, with no actual associated labor. They refused. They have since taken those fees out of my son's account, on which I am listed. Complete lack of ability to reason o... read more

lackluster security of members information. horrible work environment within the member assistance department. being a formal employee I can first hand tell you all your personal information and finances are being handled by inexperienced people. in my time there, I witness the employees mock and complain about our elderly members who needed help with online banking. while they were on the phone with them!
