Train the drive through window clerks better. they should do one customer at a time instead ; so they don't loose customer account card or ID.

Stopped in to MCU this past Saturday in Gladstone, MO. As a sister CU to mine in IL, I was looking for the same customer-centric approach to doing business. Boy was I mistaken. While on the phone arranging an important withdrawal with @BaxterCreditUnion, the MCU employee repeatedly (and rudely) let me know that they were closing shortly. This bank is the most difficult and unreasonable establishment that I have ever tried to do business with. I have spent quite a bit of time on the phone , And ultimately had to close my account and go with a more reputable establishment. Please steer clear.
I've had my card locked soooo many times that it's just pointless to even try to use it online, especially on the weekend when nobody will help you. Transaction review department automated service says the card isn't locked, but it just always declines certain types of transactions. My debit card is so unreliable that I just travel with a wad of cash because even calling ahead with travel plans doesn't prevent my card from getting locked, and if it's outside of 1984's banking hours, you're done.

I have been a mainstreet credit union customer since 2002/2003, back when it was Johnson County Credit Union. I will be closing my account today and I will no longer ever recommend this bank again!! They do not care about loyalty, or their customers!! I honestly should have done this years ago after my last issues with them; shame on me for putting my trust in this bank. I will never send another customer here.
I am on vacation in Chicago. It is sunday. I told Mainstreet I would be in Chicago well in advance. Guess who has no money in Chicago because he card won't work on out of state charges. And guess whom doesn't have a 24 hour helpline.
Worst customer service in the industry. Never available when you need them and never interested in satisfying their shareholders. Horrible place to do business.
