The dealership took care of my issues on a recall and warranty work on my actuator. Stephanie was my service advisor and she kept me informed of All repairs, and when my car would be ready this was a very pleasant experience for me, and Stephanie was professional, and showed great compassion for my issues. I have had two Exploerer bought and service led for the time I had the vehicles. The first one I drove to 230,000 with only one majors repair. I have 2019 Explorer with 60,000 miles with no major repairs. The customer experience, service and the team members at Mall of Ga Ford are excellent!
