I was pleasantly surprised that my car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out for the Zaktek prison reapplication. However, I didn't care for finding out at the last minute that the shuttle couldn't pick me up from home, despite knowing my address prior to dropping off my vehicle.

Personnel was very helpful. I was prepared to wait while my car was repaired but was encouraged to be taken home instead. This was arranged by the dealership.

Immediately received my car in and took time to find and fix the problem. Nate was very clear on explaining the process and also helping me with the rental car. He explained the process of getting finding out my car electrical problems . I felt very comfortable and confident this time my car will be well taking care of. I am very satisfied with the timing and the performance.

From the time I stepped out of my car until I left they made me comfortable and welcomed. They were very respectful and not pushy.

Service department is impossible to reach. Our Service Manager gave us his personal number. Other than this issue, we were satisfied with the work completed.
