It was my first visit to Mall Of Georgia Ford service center. Being from out of state and from a Ford dealer myself, I was a little hesitant and concerned about where I would find good service. Most importantly, I’m always looking for honesty as well as integrity.. tony with my service writer, she was awesome from beginning to end it still answers questions that I have even after service. I’m I am very pleased with the level of service that I received in the expedited resolution to the problem.
Easy to work with and easy to communicate with. Salesperson and finance person stayed late which was convenient.

I’m still having steering issues with my vehicle , steering wheel shakes and pulls to the right. Also when I picked up vehicle I had a flat tire, I told my service advisor and she fixed it quick. I have to bring the car back because steering issue after I paid over $2,000 :(

The entire staff were attentive and courteous. They listen to both your wants as well as needs and place you in the vehicle perfect for you. I highly recommend taking your business to Mall of GA Ford. Was the easiest and best car shopping experience.
Bought a new expedition max in Dec 2022 and the entire process felt stressed. I wasn't made to feel at ease about the transaction. Details were missed which caused a lot of unnecessary delays and tension. Went through with it because we needed the vehicle but if I had to do it all over again I'd go somewhere else.
Benjamin and Alan were very helpful in getting my truck back on the road with as little cost to me as possible. I had to have my differential rebuilt for a second time. Unfortunately due to warranty constraints it wasn’t repaired to like new condition the first time and the carrier bearings started to go out. Now it is right and drives like new again with a full warranty.
