I took my truck to Mall of Georgia Ford for its 80000 mile service. The Service Department was clean and its crew was efficient, as is customary. My service representative, Scott, outlined the scope of work and estimated the time the job would take. The mechanic working on my truck found some additional/optional issues to address (filter replacements), which Scott advised would add 45-minutes to the job. The work was all finished by the predicted time and for an access cost.
