Service technician confused me with another customer and told me that my tires needed replacing then ask me if I wanted to replace them “today “. I knew my tires were not bad so I just blew it off because I thought he was trying to sell me tires that I knew I didn’t need. Then he came and told me that my car was ready and I could check out but when I went to the cashier, she couldn’t find my paperwork. They’re very accommodating. I was greeted right away by a tech and taken to a service rep who got my car in. The wait seemed to go fast and he came then and explained the problem thoroughly.
