I am new to MOG Ford, but both experiences of warranty repair were excellent. The work was done in reasonable time, delivered as promised with text updates along the way.

Had to bring my car back in after we thought problem was fixed. They immediately took it in. No questions asked. Found the problem. Fixed it and test drove to be sure. No charge. I will definitely use them again.

Came from Missouri to buy my Mach 1. Brandin Bryant was very professional and was great from the very beginning to the end. This process to several months and he was on top of it. He continued to follow up with me and I would like to mention, Brandin goes down as the top salesman I have ever had. He came to pick me up at the airport and great conversation in our ride back. Went in to service my F150 and had oil change done along with other services. Brian was my advisor, he provided great service, explained the work that was done. I had a good experience and I would definetly keep going back to Brian to get my service done.
