Great service experience The dealership took my Mustang in for service early when I showed up 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. They were booked up and they still got my car done early. Great folks.
More than quoted Charged $210 more than quoted. Did not receive the $100 service coupon credit. Had my car for over a week, but did receive a free rental

Great Dealer! I just bought my second vehicle in less than a year from Mall of GA Ford. Dealt with Andrew Mullenix this time around. The entire process was flawless. They had me in and out in about an hour with all paperwork included. They have proven again to be a great place to buy from and have earned my business for sure!!
Fast, friendly service Normally go to another Ford but, I moved. Found this location but was unsure, because "life is like a box of chocolates". Thankfully they were: Friendly, opened on time, fast. Really liked waiting area and refreshments and the tv also the detailed paperwork about my car's condition. Will be back and would recommend. So far so good.

Multiple service visits to figure out the problem I brought my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid in to Mall of Georgia Ford because the Check Engine light kept coming on. I was frustrated at times because the issue persisted even after 2 repairs (1 at a different service center and 1 at Mall of Georgia Ford).
