Overall it is a good experience Everything is fair enough and a 5star experience except the wait time. If you can plan to reduce wait times would be more better. Just a suggestion at least less wait times on a weekend.
Marilyn is the BEST!!!! Im 45, had my share of cars and trucks, which I always purchase new. I stick the service department from the dealership I buy and have NEVER trusted a service advisor-except Marilyn! She proved me wrong.

The Lord had His Hand in this. I originally looked to buy an SUV, but it was sold the day before I got to the dearlership. The salesman showed me a few other cars in my price range and I decided on the Hyundai Elantra. It is the perfect car for me and I am very happy with it. Purchased a new Ford Ranger from MOG Ford. Ricky was an excellent sales professional, and did not push me in any direction I wasn’t already going with regards to the car I wanted. Would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.
All the guys I worked with were great. I would say that not just mall of ga but 3 other dealers I worked with Would withhold hidden cost it was almost impossible to find out the price of a vehicle Before you actually talked to a salesman on site. That made for more than a few frustrating moments
Great experience I just moved from Florida where I have had some great and terrible experiences with car dealerships. This one was a great one. I got tired of my small Honda Civic and felt the need to upgrade to a other vehicle. So I was looking for a Ranger. Big upgrade. I worked with Ricky and he was very good.
