I dealt with James and Ken from the sales side and they were both prompt returning my messages, knowledgeable, and wanted to help me get into the truck that worked for me. Took my KIA to Mall of Georgia Ford impromptuly due to my tire pressure light coming on while I was on the interstate. Marilyn was a huge help! She was able to fit me in despite not having an appointment and had my car ready to go in less than hour since it was an easy fix. My tire pressure needed to be adjusted and they went ahead and trained the tires too. I am very grateful for such a great service advisor and service technician, Cash. Thanks MOGF for helping me!
