Great experience Everybody was very professional making the transaction run very smoothly. The whole experience didn’t take long at all and I was surprised how fast it all went. Got a new 2020 Ford F-150 truck and with the help of salesman Derek Thornton I found the perfect truck I was looking for.

Easy purchase. They were not pushy, but I did know exactly what I wanted. Everyone I met was very nice. Dealership is set up better than most. Customer friendly not like some where it feels like a cattle sale.

Great customer service Dealer was open on Jan 1st, gave us time to look trucks without taking a day off. Price was fare and trade in value was good. Process was fast and truck was very clean.

I do not have any experience in the sales department, but the service department is excellent! Every time I come to MoGa Ford all of the employees are constantly hustling and working together as a team and keep things running seamlessly. Sterling Oliver the Service Director is excellent and I trust his judgement on the work that my vehicle needs. I cannot say one bad thing about the service team at Mall of Georgia Ford. 10 stars if I could!
