Purchase new truck Did great job of following thru on accessories, worked a fair price, good follow up. Just good friendly people to work with....was over approx 2-3 month period.

Out of towner Only received 1 key when I bought truck and then temporarily moved to Georgia and called dealer where I bought truck and they contacted Mall of Georgia Ford that agreed to get key and program key for my truck giving me 2nd key fob that I needed. Great friendly folks that helped an out of towner out.

Excellent Service My car would not crank and after calling the service department they recommended it to be towed by their Road Assistant service. Once towed in they communicated and had my car ready the next day. The waiting area is clean and has snacks while you wait. They are very busy but are usually always friendly. Matt was the one who helped me and he did everything he could to make sure I left happy.

Great place to buy a Ford Salesman Jordan Lee quickly figured out my car buying preferences. He listened to what I wanted, and then moved me directly to the type of F150 I wanted. He cleverly moved me thur the MOG Ford selling processes without driving me crazy. Finance manager Kevin Farmer made the “signing processes” easy, friendly and fast.
Great people to work with! I went to Mall of Georgia Ford looking for specific things on my new truck. Gene spent several hours working with me looking for exactly what I wanted. No pressure sales pitches or pushing at all. Also thanks to Tony for his help in finalizing all of the paperwork. Very positive experience and would recommend this dealership to others!
