Had to use the body shop this time. They did excellent work and you can’t tell the damage ever happened. They sent me update photos and status reports and did a thorough walk thru when I picked it up. Five stars and two thumbs up!! Bill W

Bought a Mercedes from the Ford Dealer I really hate buying cars! Let's start with that! I saw a Mercedes I was interested in so asked for the "Internet Price" but it came back the same as the CarsGuru price so wondered if they may or may not take off any additional funds and how they would work if we had a trade so my husband and I ventured over to the dealership. Sales went well. After sales service is poor and lacking. Not meeting my needs of what I purchased. Need sticker labels for trailer back up asst as they did not come with my vehicle and now I am being asked to pay for them. Not cool
