Best car buying experience in a long time.. We arrived to the dealership on Saturday afternoon and just wanted to casually look at a F350 Limited that my husband had his eyes on. We were promptly greeted by Mason who answered all of my husbands questions and within 2 minutes had the keys to the truck in his hand. Rewind about 30 minutes later and we were working on the deal. Professional, friendly and quick. I had a great experience buying my new F250. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional. I was able to get the truck I wanted at the price I was hoping for. I could not have asked for a better experience.

By far best experience We had been looking for a new car for a while. We saw 6 dealerships in 1 day looking for the best vehicle and deal. Our last experience of the day at the Toyota dealership left us with a bad taste in our mouths;however, the way especially Derick and all of the staff at the Mall of GA Ford dealership made us return the following day! Derick and the finance and sales mgt helped us and gave us the best deal!! I will definitely recommend them and come back for future purchases!

Work with Ricky Horton. We first dealt with Derick Thornton and discovered that he had not been truthful with us. He said the dealership had already put a treatment on the car and that we had to pay for it. The price (hundreds of dollars) had been added to the list price on the quote he first presented. During the finance part of the process, we were told it was optional and asked if we wanted it. Huh? Great Experience! The service was fast and efficient. Waiting area was very nice and clean! Alan Greene took care of everything for me.. I pulled in and he took it from there. No hassle from making the appointment until I left the building. I would definitely go back with no hesitation

Great truck and price I was looking for a King Ranch and found one at Mall of Georgia Ford for a good price. Jessica and all the staff were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service The only thing we were not happy about was Ford had very high interest rates and we have perfect credit. We will re finance this loan in 90 days.
