Fast, friendly service Normally go to another Ford but, I moved. Found this location but was unsure, because "life is like a box of chocolates". Thankfully they were: Friendly, opened on time, fast. Really liked waiting area and refreshments and the tv also the detailed paperwork about my car's condition. Will be back and would recommend. So far so good.

Multiple service visits to figure out the problem I brought my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid in to Mall of Georgia Ford because the Check Engine light kept coming on. I was frustrated at times because the issue persisted even after 2 repairs (1 at a different service center and 1 at Mall of Georgia Ford). Great experience I found my vehicle on one of the popular used car websites and was able to compare it with similar models. Mall of Georgia Ford had a great price and was very competitive. Since they were more than an hour away from me, they sent me a "walk through" video of the truck, which really sold it for me. When I showed up to purchase the truck, all went smoothly. No surprises. We had a wait a bit to see the Finance manager to finalize the purchase, but other than that, everything went great.
