Awesome experience This was by far the best car buying experience of my life... Gene was attentive, customer friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Alan greeted me and made a promise to do exactly what he did... And Ken was the icing on the cake making the total experience awesome... I almost would have felt bad if I didn't purchase from Mall of Ga Ford... Thanks again guys for a pleasurable experience...And by the way the Hamburgers were excellent.

AMAZING Experience! Derick was absolutely the best! He made me feel so welcomed and respected when buying a car. Dully truck The service rendered at first was not customer satisfactory. I put in a complaint and it is being remedied. It has not been fully remedied due to scheduling issues. But Charlie promised a full refund of my 225 dollars spent on a tire rotation that was not fully remedied. And also pay for my scheduled appointment on July 15th for a tire rotation and a wheel alignment. Thank you Charlie for your help.
