2019 F-150 King Ranch Everyone I meet at Mall of GA Ford was courteous and nice. They worked with me on to get my numbers where I needed them to be for my new F-150 King Ranch. The next time I go to purchase a vehicle, I will make sure I got to them first..

Family Mall of Georgia Ford customer for quite some time, the people at Mall of Georgia Ford Sales and Service are fantastic, kind, courteous, treat you like family… Stopped in the other day with the wife and grandson to test drive some pickups, Sean greeted us, straight off I could see this was going to be another great experience. NEW Tires Called my advisor to see if they could price match a specific set of tires & see how soon they could have them in stock. Beat advertised price by $1 & scheduled my service within 24 hours. Pleasant buying experience Show a truck that interested me on the internet. Called and spoke with a sales manager (Alan). He confirmed the truck's availability and price as well as any other fees associated with the purchase. Sales rep that assisted me (Shawn) was personable and knowledgeable. Never felt pressured, very pleasant buying experience.

Service beyond the call of duty We had Nick mission problem that couldn’t be solvedInitially. Mall of Georgia Ford was able to loan us a rental car on two different occasions. They kept the car until they got it fixed. I know they went to extra expense to make it happen. We are satisfied with their attentiveness and service.
