This my second purchase of a vehicle at Mall of Georgia Ford and I could not be happier with my overall experience. The staff worked hard to get me the vehicle I was looking for and helped me get it at a price I was comfortable with. They even went to another dealer to find the exact color with the options I wanted. I would recommend Mall of Georgia Ford to anyone looking for a delaership they can trust.
I've been doing my research for a 2013 Explorer for quite a while. I knew the features that I wanted and the features that were optional / not required. I visited several dealerships and spoke with other dealerships before talking with Tom at Mall of Georgia Ford. You will be treated like family (in a good way) No smarmy attitude, no BS--just honest appraisal of your situation, your trade-in's worth and what ways they can help you finance a car that is not out of your budget. There were no pushes to buy something that I could not afford. I respect that.
MOGF has given me good service since 2004 when I purchased my 2005 Ford Five Hundred. James Duran did an excellent job in helping me decide to move to a new vehicle and the 2013 Ford Fusion is perfect for me.
Yes I would recommend Andrew and the team because the inventory is good, the people were friendly and buying was hassle free. Service department is friendly and efficient also.
