Service Department The new facility is nice and since it’s been built, they are a lot more efficient. I mainly deal with Alan Greene. That’s because he goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is a satisfactory one. He takes pride in what he does and makes sure that the technician working on my vehicle has a full understanding of the problem and he expects that job to be done correctly. Pretty good Our sales person was very attentive but not over bearing. Our finance guy was nice but didn’t seem to be completely knowledgeable about warranties and began the process without telling us the interest rate or monthly payment. I had to interrupt him after he asked us to sign papers for that information, which I feel should have been the first thing we discussed.
