Best Dealership Service experience I've ever had I've had three visits to this Ford Dealership Service Department. Issues that I thought they might look at me as if I was crazy...explaining squeaks or wind noise, etc. To my surprise they took me serious and found the issue the first time. awesome service Adrian was our sales person and he went above and beyond during our purchase of a 2015 Ford explorer limited. He came in on his day off and had to change paperwork because we found a different vehicle we wanted and done it in a timely manner. Kenny Jordan was very efficient in getting us back on the road for our four hour drive home. Thanks guys!

Quick and Easy Was able to make an appt. for the next day. Went in for routine maintenance and a headlight adjustment. The service team was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Vehicle was ready about 30-35 minutes after being checked in. I will return for my next service.

Excellant Experience My husband and I was dreading having to buy a car after our car was totaled out. I can say that between William Odom and Chuck Ryland our experience was a dream come true! Its not one you expect in a car dealership. Our guys were great to work with. I would recommend them to my friends and anyone reading the reviews. Mall of Georgia Ford, you delivered what was promised! also Congrats Chuck on your new baby boy!

Everyone was great Kevin Sims is awesome. He will do everything to get you in the car that you want for a great price. The finance manager did not try to sell us unnecessary things and was honest and forth coming. Overall the best car buying experience Ive ever had.

Great Experience We worked with Brandon Outlaw to purchase our third Expedition. It had been 11 years since our last purchase and Brandon walked us through all of the new safety, comfort, and engine features (including a detailed session on the Sync and navigation systems). Brandon knows the product and is very professional. Great experience with Kenny Jordan too. I would definitely recommend the MOGF experience.

Outstanding Purchasing experience I researched the car I wanted for one year and finally decided on the Ford Fusion Hybrid. When I checked all the dealers in my area none had one in stock. One offered to order one for me but the price seemed unreasonable. I finally found The Mall of Georgia Ford. Went there and they had a wide selection of this car with all three package levels. Easy purchase from Georgia to California!!! Vehicle not available in California, Dale and his team were accommodating with pictures so we knew what we were getting! Roger made financing a piece of cake ! Beautiful truck at a great price!!! Thank you Mall of Georgia Ford!!!
