They care about their customers, friendly, they made sure my vehicle was fixed correctly and offered me a courtesy vehicle until my vehicle was repaired.

It was a pleasantly unexpected experience. Scott treated me with respect and spoke to me, the person purchasing the vehicle, rather than my husband. He was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles workings. The financing part was easy too.

Poor communication. All the rest is great. Ford is having trouble the their spare parts supply.
