My procedure and healing were "text book"! Lovely staff from check-in to check-out. No pain, no problem and I was confident in the hands of Dr. Maloney and his experience. Would recommend them to everyone!
The procedure went quickly and Dr. Maloney was assuring all the way through. It's not the easiest place to be calm but Dr. Maloney and his staff explained what steps were happening and what I was going to feel each step of the way. It was a bit chilly in the room where the procedure was done but I was offered a blanket immediately, before I could even ask. Excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Maloney and his staff not only removed my cataract, they improved my distance vision considerably. This is the second time I have traveled to LA to be treated by Maloney Vision Institute. It is worth the trip!

The entire process had been a dream. All the office staff, Dr Maloney & surgical workers have been outstanding. I am soo appreciative of the step by step help & explainations that they ALL give. All I can say was Dr. Shamie was fantastic. Not only is she a fabulous surgeon, but a wonderful, concerned, caring and patient person. At 90 yrs. young, due to my cornea transplant, I am knitting again. That is a miracle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!❤️
I had a very challenging cataract surgery due to the 16 cuts from RK so many years' ago. Dr. Shamie did a first class job on my eye and my vision is 20/20. I am a grateful and blessed woman.
