Dr. Maloney and his entire team were caring and professional every step of the way. The level of professionalism, personalized care, and connection I experienced were unmatched anywhere else. If you are having any doubts are anxieties about eye surgery or eye care in general, this is without a doubt the place to go! Even living 2,500 miles away on the east coast, I'll still be making the trip for any future procedures in the future if I need them--beyond worth it!

Maloney Eye Institute can only be described as very professional and outstanding. All services provided from the initial evaluation to the actual surgery was handled with great care and done very efficiently. Dr. Maloney is obviously at the top of his profession and a highly skilled surgeon. All of his staff, from reception to support staff demonstrate a culture of excellence and client care. I was totally impressed with my experience, but blown away with a phone call from Dr. Maloney checking to see how I was doing post... read more

It was amazing. I was horrified off to surgery. I had a horrible prior experience in the same Surgery Center was a different doctor. But this time it was amazing. I think from walking into the pre-op to walking out of the pre-op it didn't even take an hour. And this surgery itself was a breeze. Dr. Maloney was on time, caring and patient was my anxiety. So was the whole staff after surgery. I could call the office anytime and every time I got a calming answer to all my questions. They were great actually fantastic for a high... read more

The consultation, and Dr. Maloney's book on the subject of cataract surgery were very informative and honest. The surgery itself was scheduled to fit my needs, and was done quickly, with minimal discomfort, and no pain at all. (I opted for the laser surgery.) Results were exactly as described to me by Dr. Maloney, and actually exceeded my expectations of improved vision.

In an era of technology when people associate via social media with hundreds of people they have never met, yet just wave to their neighbors, the Maloney Institute is a breath of fresh air. Whether you are governor of the state or a blue collar construction worker (me) you are treated as if you are their only patient for the week. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff. More importantly, let’s discuss vision. I am reading things that I have just “gleaned over” for years, as I didn’t want to look... read more

Absolutely first rate--and that coming from a patient with keratoconus. So, all I could get was the standard replacement with non-Lasik surgery. Was performed in no more time and left me surprised at the increase in vision. Yes, I will still need the gas-permeable lens; but having received a 4-F deferment in 1971 for being legally blind from myopia, I find that the vision in my corrected left eye must be back to what it was when I was 10, giving me greater freedom of movement without my contacts in. I will go back for catara... read more
