crappy product with even worse problem followup
Great installation. Terrible communication. Had some issues and staff would not return calls. The company apparently does not care about this situation. When I tried to escalate, the project manager told me that there was nobody else above him to talk to. If follow up and communication is important to you, reconsider before your contract.
No communication ! Once I paid for materials, I had to constantly call to find out what was going on. Ordered on Wendsday all material arrived by Friday except on threshold. Took two weeks to get 1 -30” piece and not one call or email , which they had both! Was hung up on by manager at bradenton office ,PJ. Spend your hard earned money some place else ! Will never use this company again and steer everyone any place else !
Worst cutomer service and customer service staff anywhere I've ever done business. They are rude, insulting and have multiple reasons why they won't do anything to help, and none to try and help. DO NOT do business with this store. Manasota flooring in Sarasota is better. If you must do business with the store, go to Sarasota.
Horrible experience. Spent around $10,000 for mahogany floors, and am left with an ugly mess. Floors are smeared with glue. They came back and tried to remove with mineral spirits but to no success. Just made more smears and won't do any more. They also installed a threshold which now prevents the pocket door to the bathroom from closing. They came back to look at it and refuse to fix it or compensate us. So frustrating. Horrible business. I wish I could give negative stars for a review.
Bill Cross was a nice, responsive salesperson. Helped me match my tile and grout. Installation went well, installer was nice and did a good job. When worker came to the house to stretch the carpet, realized there was an issue and we needed a very small area of tile to fix a problem under a door. Richard Jones came out to check the issue in August. It is now the end of November, and after repeated phone calls, nothing has been done. I never write bad reviews, but this is really poor service. Really disappointed.
Carpet installed was not of the quality I expected for the price they quoted. I had carpet installed 20 years ago that was still in fair condition that was of the quality I expected again. However, I was delivered a paper thin carpet that even the tack strips are felt when walking on the carpet at doorways. The carpet so thin you can see the backing right thru the carpet. Pat the manager in the paving division....in my opinion is a coward. A thief and a miserable excuse for a man. He stole my paycheck. Refused to hear my side of the story and fired me after on 2 weeks.
I chose Manasota Venice because of the selection and the salesman seemed knowledgeable and professional at first. We also used them before with no problem. I emailed our salesman to ask for a sample of a particular floor product and got no response. But I ordered something else. When the installers came, they said they never received the transition piece that goes from the new wood floor to the hall tile.
