Customer service is bad. They don’t have customer service. Terrible .
Worst customer service ever. We had to contact them twice in order to get an estimate. We ordered our flooring on Dec 8th for install on Jan 9th. Got a phone call on Jan 5th saying the product was not received and they would call back the 12th or 13th to let me know new install date. Never called. I called on the 16th and was told new install date was now the 22nd. Not acceptable, they changed it to today, the 18th and no one showed up. Thanks, we will take our business elsewhere.
I bought a new home in Artisan Lakes community and had issues with my ceramic tile since day 1. Taylor Morrison contacted Manasota Flooring's Chris Soto on 11/1. I received a message on 11/15 and returned the call. Up to Dec 20 I had no return call then we scheduled a job for 12/27 to clean pencil marks and haze on the tile throughout my home. Great product ,great service...until they have your money that is. Downhill after that... Hope you have better luck with them ordering the right product and setting up installation than I had. I am a very unhappy customer
I wanted a bound runner for our two sets of stairs. We chose a carpet that was available at the Sarasota store. Calling from Ohio, I dealt with a woman who seemed intelligent and she took all my contact info. We sent her pictures, gave her our house watch person's info so Manasota could measure..nothing happened. This woman knew she was going to leave this employment. She took her vacation and left.
