I took the Basic Construction Refresher and Septic courses for CE points. Having spent a significant amount of time in classrooms, on both sides of the podium, I can say, without reservation, that this these two courses were extremely well executed. Jay is a fantastic instructor. Really can't ask for anything better.
I had started another companies real estate course and it was simply awful! A real estate professional friend recommended Manfred. Was the best course. The customer support was excellent.

I just completed the 75 hour course for Real Estate Salespersons. The instructors were very knowledgeable. 75 hours sounds like a lot but we were never bored! The instructors gave us a chance to speak and ask questions and we got to know each other too. I have attended the Manfred School in the past and would recommend them for real estate and mortgage lending courses.

The only way to make USPAP tolerable to sit thru is to have the charming antics of a true professional instructor, Len Fiore to enjoy. Otherwise, it's just government.
