My experience with Manfred was nothing but positive. Right from the start, before I signed up for the course, every time I called with questions either John or Heather Manfred answered the phone personally and were accommodating with their time. The class totally surpassed my expectations. Each day was with a different instructor, all with eminence in the industry. There's A LOT of information to learn and they cover each topic thoroughly. You can tell they sincerely care about what they're teaching and that you succeed.

This is an excellent learning center for Real Estate study. I liked the online course because I could pace myself and was able to get through it in my own time. I liked the challenge that I had to complete the 75 hr course when in fact I really only needed to take the 30 hr course because of previous course work that I took 20 years ago. I learned that some of the laws have changed and been added and so it proved to be a good decision that I took the 75 hr course. Manfred RealEstate learning has it goin on. I was previously licensed in two other states, thanks to Manfred I have added a third, NY. Out of the other licensing classes I have taken, this was above and beyond the best. What's great, especially for new people wanting to get in the business, Manfred has different instructors teaching different subjects each with unique style and experience. I wouldn't looknany further than Manfred.

this is Marc Butler...just completed the 40 hour module. the instructors were knowledgeable, spoke of real life illustrations and held our attention for the entire time. i was very pleased...they were informative and interesting...not always easy to do!

I found Manfred to be a very informative experience. I enjoyed learning from a wide variety of professionals and personalities and found myself being entertained as well as being educated. I will say that I needed to be more involved outside of class (reading on my own beforehand) in order to make best use out of the instruction because it is a lot to absorb! I found Manfred to be a great investment!
