I have been a loan originator for a short time and decided to take this course to assist me with self employed income and breaking down the tax returns. To review material was fantastic but I was disappointed this was one area not covered. Overall, very easy to follow and informative in all other areas.

Loved the course. It was very easy to follow and very informative. With the pandemic it had to be done online which was a little intimidating because I always do better with in person instruction but the little videos throughout the entire course were really interesting and made me feel as if I was actually in class. Have and would recommend Manfred to anyone looking to get into real estate.

Manfred has been a great school to work with! Due to the pandemic, I was concerned that my only option was online course, but they are very responsive to emails with any questions or concerns I had. Would recommend the school to anyone interested in staying their work!

I can not say enough good things about this school. Not only was the program easy to access and very informative, but the staff is absolutely exceptional in every way. I could not ask for a better experience. As far as online schooling these people have got it down. This whole switch from regular in person schooling has been difficult for everyone. I really think the manfred real estate school has been my favorite learning experience in my life. In addition to excellent education provided was a real concern for my well being. Had to take the course via the Webinars due to the virus. What an outstanding group of instructors. They are all very knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner that was enjoyable and very easy to follow, keeping everyone in the class engaged and focused. I was able to pass the class and state exam on the first attempt. I would definitely recommend Manfred for anyone wanting to learn a new skill.
