contacted sales rep for winter wheels and tires. Got a good deal, and appointment that worked for me. arrived at appointment time, and was done within the hour. The dealership is very professional and the staff are courteous and pleasant to deal with.

This was my first official service call (oil change) at Maranello and overall it was a good experience. The staff were very professional and took good care of me and my vehicle. The only downside was a recommendation to perform a 4 wheel alignment which I agreed to. While I understand that elective service is not included in the "free" service offering, the pricing is a bit excessive. I hope that future service calls will not involve an additional costly service.
