My experience was limited to the service sector. Sandro in the service sector was awesome. He was very responsive, polite and efficient. I would return to dealership only because of him. Christina at the reception, on the other hand was rude and unhelpful. When an error in the paperwork was pointed out to her, she was rude and condescending. Sandro made sure the corrections were rectified.
Today’s experience was really good. Jack made sure I was taken care of with a rental vehicle and kept me updated periodically. Thank you Jack!
