Sandro F. was the service person recently when I brought my car in to put on the winter tires at Maranello. The job was done quickly, even quicker than the estimated wait. And best of all, my car got washed. I have dealt with Sandro numerous times over the years(4 BMWs) and he is consistently calm, helpful and when I ask for something he responds immediately.
