"Beyond Satisfied " Terry Volanis is a wonderful service advisor, takes the proper steps to keep the customer updated regarding their vehicles and tries to make your service appointment as easy as possible. Make sure if there are any issues regarding your service to talk to the service manager Jeff Lane will take care of your questions, concerns and needs regarding your vehicle. Will return to this service department soon and hope to purchase a car from them soon.

"The Best Service" before going to Maranello BMW I had read the reviews and I was not happy with the reviews....after going to the service department to fix my daughters car, I found that the cutomer service was above and beond.....Andre service manager and John a bmw pro took time to figure out the problem which ment alot to my self and most of all my daughter...........they new my daughter need her car asap to go work....the cave her a ride to the GO bus and in two days the car was fix and drives like a baby....... "Excellent service" I took my BMW for service and they did and excellent job, very fast and time efficient as ell. They even went beyond their responsibility and fixed an issue that was not part of service as complementary.
"KIndly Resolved - thanks " Maranello's Sales/Mngmt kindly promised a loaner until a new car arrives; I'd have been happy with ANY loaner including a beater. For a few days, they sounded sounded like they couldn't find a car - then they came through BIG with a brand new one. That's what you call delivering on a promise!
