In the past 6 months the service went from dreadful - to outstanding. Before they didn't seem to care at all, and now I feel think their number 1 priority when I have my car in for service. "Extraordinary service " Had my M5 in for a minor issue and decided to wait for it since the service advisor said it wouldn't take too long. While waiting in the lounge I had the pleasure of seeing my next baby. After the exemplary experience I had with the sales department, the sales person and obviously the drive. I decided to pull the trigger on the 2015 model. Haven't regretted it yet. They delivered as promised and gave me more than feature market value for my trade. Thank you Maranello BMW.
