"A very satisfied first service with BMW" I got an on call for a bug to fix, so, the first thing I would like to know its severity and urgency for the issue. During the appointment for the on call service, I got the proper answers I need. On the day to check in, I was also told that I actually need to do two on call services, so, one visit to do two services. "Excellent Service " Three months after purchasing my new vehicle, I brought it in for a software update due to "no sound available". After updates, I noticed my devices were not connecting to the vehicle WiFi . Brought it back in, your service personnel, Franklin, took time from his busy schedule to address/solve my concern. Franklin is friendly and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.
